MRS. F. O. RICHARDS DIES IN CALIFORNIA

Mrs. F. O. Richards, former Winterset resident, died at her home in Santa Anna, Calif., Sunday, Feb. 10 at 3:30 a.m. according to word received today by Mrs. Ernest J. McNamara. Mrs. Richards, who had been bedfast for the past three years with a heart ailment was seriously ill only a couple of hours prior to her death.

Mrs. Richards was 78 years of age. She was born May 5, 1878.

Dr. and Mrs. Richards made their home for many years in Winterset where he was an eye doctor. They belonged to the Presbyterian church and she was a member of Chapter A.G.P.E.O. He retired years ago and they moved to California, where he died the following year.

Mrs. Richards is survived by two daughters, Ruth, who made her home with her mother and Grace, who resided nearby. Funeral and burial services were in Santa Anna.
