JAMES W. GIBSON Is Dead At Truro

James W. Gibson, a resident of Madison county since 1918, died at his home here January 9, 1937, after an illness of three years. He was 75 years old.

Mr. Gibson had suffered a heart attack and semi-paralysis three years ago, and never fully recovered.

He was a native of DeWitt county, Illinois, where he was born July 12, 1861, where he met Miss Estella Staley, who he married in 1891.

In 1897 they moved to Iowa, locating in Guthrie county. They came to Madison county in 1918, making this their home since that time.

Immediate surviving relatives of the deceased are his widow; a brother, Zechariah Gibson of Britt; and a sister, Mrs. Emma Swisher of Manson.
