JOE NICHOLSON DIES

Mrs. J. W. Bunker received word Monday morning of the death of her brother, Joe Nicholson of Tacoma, Washington. Mr. Nicholson who was 56 years of age, was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Benton Nicholson of Winterset, and was born and raised here. He left Winterset for the west thirty-four years ago, and was married there in 1906. He has made his home in Tacoma for a number of years, and funeral and burial services were held there Wednesday afternoon.

Mr. Nicholson had been ill the past five weeks with heart trouble. He is survived by his wife and their one daughter, Mrs. Robert Speer of Kalispell, Montana. He also leaves one sister and two brothers, Mrs. Bunker, Claude and Lysle Nicholson of Winterset.
