Infant Smothers to Death in Crib

Terry Eilene Sharp, infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Sharp of near Waukee was found dead in her baby basket this Tuesday, at her home there. The child had, in some manner, become entangled in the plastic lining of the basket. Death resulted from smothering.

The infant was born April 3, 1960. In addition to her parents, she leaves a brother, Johnny; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Kinkennon of this community; and great grandmother, Mrs. J. D. Stevens of Winterset.

Graveside services and burial were held at the Waukee cemetery today, conducted by the Rev. John Porath of the Winterset Methodist church.
