HARRY D. GUIBERSON OF WINTERSET DIED SUNDAY

Funeral Services Were Held Tuesday From Tidrick's Funeral Home

Harry D. Guiberson, a long-time resident of this community, died here Sunday. He was 48 years of age.

Mr. Guiberson was born in this county on April 10, 1890. He was married to Eva Parkins on Aug. 10, 1912. They were the parents of five children. One son, Charlie, died at the age of three years.

He is survived by his wife; his father, James H. Guiberson; and a brother, Clarence P. Guiberson; all of Winterset; four children, James Guiberson and Mrs. Ladiena Graspy of Winterset; Joe Guiberson of Des Moines; and Roy Guiberson of Winterset; three sisters, Mrs. George Myers of Des Moines, Mrs. Eva Jones of Winterset and Mrs. Fay Chapman of DeSoto; and two grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Tuesday from the Tidrick funeral home in charge of the Rev. L. F. Davis. Burial was made in the McDonald cemetery.

MORTUARY

Harry Dolliver Guiberson, son of J. H. and Barbara Guiberson, was born in Madison county, Ia., April 10, 1890, and passed away at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Ladiena Graspy of Winterset. He suffered a heart attck and never regained consciousness.

He was married to Eva Parkins of Winterset, Ia., in 1912. To this union, five children were born, one daughter, Mrs. Ladiena Graspy of Winterset, Ia., and four sons, James, Jr., of Winterset, Joe of Des Moines, and Roy, the youngest, of Winterset. Charles passed away at the age of three years.

Two grandchildren survive. He leaves to mourn, a loving father, one brother, C. P. Guiberson of Winterset, three sisters, Mrs. Fay Chapman of DeSoto, Mrs. Eva Jones of Winterset, and Mrs. Leona Myers of Des Moines, in addition to a host of friends.

His smiling face and pleasant disposition will be missed by all that knew him.

The funeral was conducted by the Rev. L. F. Davis on Jan. 17. His body was laid to rest in the U. B. cemetery.
