MRS. ALICE HOLLETT DIES

Mrs. Alice Hollett, former Madison county resident, died at her home in Burlington, Kansas, Sunday afternoon, at the age of 81 years. Mrs. Hollett who was the former Miss Alice Ford, was a sister of the late Mrs. Joe Easter and Dean Ford of Jackson township. She was born and raised in this county, and moved to Kansas with her husband James Hollett thirty-five years ago.

Mr. Hollett died several years ago, and she is survived by their five children, who lived in Kansas. She also leaves a niece, Mrs. Charles Kuntz and a nephew William Easter of Winterset. Mrs. Kuntz, Mr. and Mrs. Dean Kuntz, and William Easter drove to Burlington Tuesday morning to attend her funeral services which were held that afternoon.
