Winterset, IowaHARRY FORD DIES AT SHANNON CITY
Harry E. Ford, a former resident of Winterset, died Friday, July 31, at Shannon City, where he had been living since he left Winterset several years ago. He was 71 years of age.
Mr. Ford was a native of Ringgold county, where he was born Sept. 14, 1881. He lived in Winterset for many years, during which time he was employed at the Richards Funeral home.
Near surviving relatives include his wife, three sisters, and a brother.
Funeral services were held Monday from the Shannon City Methodist church, in charge of the Rev. Ida I. Roberts and the Rev. Merlin Wilkins. Burial was made in the Shannon City cemetery.
