John C. Foster Dies In Kansas

John C. Foster of Peru died Saturday, March 13, at Corning, Ark., where he had been received treatment the last several months. He was 69 years of age.

Funeral services will be held this Thursday at 2 p.m. from the Peru Methodist church. Burial will be made in the Winterset cemetery.

J. C. FOSTER SERVICES HELD LAST THURSDAY

Funeral services were held last Thursday from the Peru Methodist church for John C. Foster, whose death had occurred March 13, at Corning, Ark.

Mr. Foster was 69 years old at his death. He was a native of York Nebr., where he was born April 13, 1884, but much of his life was spent in the Peru community.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Alice Foster; and a sister, Mrs. Mae Johnston of San Jose, Calif.
