CHARLES HOPE DIED SATURDAY AT PERU

Funeral Rites Held Monday for 77-Year-Old St. Charles Man

Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the Kale funeral home in Truro for Charles Hope, 77, of St. Charles.

Mr. Hope died on April 14, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Elijah Nichols, at Peru. He had been in ill health for a long period of time.

Mr. Hope moved to St. Charles about four years ago. His wife died in 1948.

Surviving are three sons, Eldon and Kenneth of St. Charles; and Ray of Winterset; five daughters, Jessie Kay and Viola Agan of Patterson, Grace Nichols and Ferne Rockey of Peru, and Ruth of California.

Burial was made in the St. Charles cemetery.
