MACKSBURG HIGH SCHOOL GIRL DIES

Margaret Ross Was Member of Graduating Class There

Margaret Ross, 19-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Ross of Macksburg, died last Thursday morning at the home of her parents there.

The young woman was a member of the senior class at the Macksburg high school, and on the preceding day had gone to Creston with her classmates to pose for the senior pictures.

She had been ill with rheumatic fever, and had been hospitalized for considerable periods recently.

Born in Union county, she came to the Macksburg community with her parents six years ago. In addition to her parents, she leaves three sisters, Audrey Ross of Creston, and Barbara and Carol Ross at home, and two brothers, Marvin and Ronald Ross, at home.

Funeral services were held Sunday from the Macksburg Methodist church, and burial was made in the Moon cemetery.
