Former Peru Resident Had Lived in Missouri Since 1946
Mrs. Clyde McAdow, formerly of Peru, died at the Nevada, Mo., hospital on July 28, following a long illness. Her home had been at Iantha, Mo., in recent years.
Mrs. McAdow was 46 years of age. She was the former Velma M. Davis, daughter of Frank and Ida Davis, and was born June 7, 1902, at Tinta, Minn. She was married July 3, 1920, to William Brown of Clarksville. They were the parents of a daughter and a son.
On Feb. 8, 1936, she was married to Mr. McAdow. They lived at Peru until 1946, when they moved to Missouri.
She is survived by her husband; the daughter, Mrs. Ralph Hill of Toledo; the son, Andrew Brown of Tacoma, Wash.; 12 grandchildren; five brothers, and two sisters.
Funeral services were held Monday from the Watts funeral home at Lorimor, and burial was made in the Pleasant View cemetery.
