MRS. CORA DUFF DIED ON MONDAY

Funeral Services Held Here on Wednesday From Anderson's

Mrs. Cora Duff, a resident of this county most of her life, died at the Winterset hospital Monday after a long period of failing health. She had been in the hospital since July 31. She was 67 years of age.

Mrs. Duff was the former Cora Ella Wight, daughter of James and Harriet Wight and was born in this county. She was married to Henry Duff on Nov. 22, 1886. He died two years ago.

In addition to this community Mrs. Duff had spent some years at Stuart, Menlo and in South Dakota.

She was the mother of four children, all of whom survive. They are Alvin Duff of Bemidji, Minn., Ray Duff of Frannie, Wyo., Orvy Duff of Oakland, Cal., and Isa Duff of Canton, S. Dak. She also leaves a niece, Mrs. Alice Mapes of Winterset, nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Funeral services were held Wednesday from Neil Anderson's in charge of the Rev. Tom Foglesong, pastor of the Church of Christ. Burial was made in the Wight cemetery in Webster township.
