Former Lorimor Resident Dies

Virgil Holton, formerly of Lorimor, died suddenly Thursday morning, June 20, as he was en-route to a hospital in Des Moines. He was 53 years of age.

Mr. Holton had lived in Des Moines the past 15 years.

He is survived by his wife, Margaret, and three daughters.

Funeral services were held Saturday from the Watts funeral home in Lorimor, in charge of the Rev. Stacy Shenton of Des Moines. Burial was made in the Macksburg cemetery.
