Harold Duane Hiskey, 6 months old son of Mrs. Gladys M. Hiskey of Peru, was found dead in his bed this Tuesday morning, Feb. 12, by his mother.
Coroner Paul Eggleston was called and after an investigation the child’s body was sent to Des Moines for an autopsy. The autopsy report was that death had been caused by virus pneumonia.
The baby’s father is Harold M. Hiskey of Peru. The parents were parted by divorce granted Feb. 1 and the mother received custody of the four children. The surviving children are Freddie, aged 5 years, Mary Ellen aged two and a half years and Richard aged 18 months.
