MRS. SINA PIXLER DIES

Mrs. Sina Pixler, former resident of the Patterson community died at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Morris, in Pueblo, Colorado, March first, at the age of 74 years. Mrs. Pixler, the former Sina Shaver, daughter of George and Sarah Shaver, was born in Madison county, June 28, 1873. Her husband preceded her in death in 1931.

She is survived by seven children. She also leaves six sisters and one brother, who live in this community: Oscar Shaver, Laura Cason, Mrs. John Taylor, Mrs. Lulu Richardson, Mrs. Betty Blair of Wick, Mrs. W. E. Freeman of Des Moines, and Mrs. Ollie Palmer of Earlham.

Funeral services for Mrs. Pixler were conducted in the Christian church in Pueblo by the Rev. C. E. Perlee, and burial was made in the Pueblo cemetery. Mrs. Palmer of Earlham attended the services for her sister.
