DAVID MURRELL DIED SUNDAY AT BOONE

Former Winterset Resident Had Been Living South of Ogden

David Murrell of Ogden, formerly of Winterset, died Sunday at the hospital in Boone, of a brain hemorrhage. He was about 39 years of age.

Mr. Murrell was well known here as all his early life was spent in this community, and he attended the local schools. In recent years he had been operating a service station and locker plant on highway No. 169, south of Ogden.

He is survived by his wife, the former Merle Marston of this community; a son, Robert; a daughter, Bonnie; his mother, Mrs. Lillian Davis of Winterset; four brothers, Ed Murrell and Orbah Murrell of Winterset, and Dale Murrell of Burlington, Frederick Murrell of Denver, Colo.; and a sister, Mrs. Mildred Peterson of Denver.

Funeral services were to be held this Wednesday afternoon at Perry, and burial was to be made in the Winterset cemetery.
