Former Resident Dies In Georgia

Mrs. H. K. Barrett, a former Winterset resident died Dec. 20 at Atlanta, Ga., where she had lived in recent years, according to word received here this week. Her death followed an 18-months illness.

Mrs. Barrett was the former Ardyth Bartlett of Winterset. Her early life was spent in this community, where her father was a Winterset grocer, and she attended the schools here.

In addition to her husband, she leaves a daughter, Mrs. Wiley Ansley, a son, Tommie Barrett; and a sister, Mrs. Phil Powers of Des Moines.
