BOB DANFORTH DIES

Word has been received here of the death of Bob Danforth of Denver, Colo., former Winterset resident, who died at the Veterans hospital at Ft. Logan, Colo., Tuesday, Feb. 7th after a month's illness.

Mr. Danforth who was a son of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Danforth, was born and raised in Winterset. He moved to Denver 30 years ago, and that city had since been his home. He was a veteran of World War I.

He leaves his wife, a son, Hal, and his parents, all of whom now reside in Denver. He also leaves two grandchildren. Funeral and burial services were held in Denver last Friday.
