L. H. ANGEVINE DIES

Former Resident Here Dies Suddenly In Denver

L. H., better known as Lee Angevine, died suddenly from a heart attack on last Wednesday at his home in Denver. Funeral services were held in Denver last Friday.

Mr. Angevine resided here for many years. The farm just north of Winterset and now owned by J. E. Williams, is still known to the older residents here as the Angevine farm.

Mr. Angevine had a wide acquaintance here. He served as deputy sheriff, was nominated on the Republican ticket upon the death of sheriff James Breeding and was defeated in the fall election by John Docksteader.

Mrs. Angevine, one son and one daughter are the remaining members of the family.
