RALPH ARTHUR DUNMIRE

Ralph Arthur Dunmire was the son of W.W. and Mary Dunmire, and was born at Earlham, on August 1, 1926. He attended the public school here, graduating from the high school in the class of 1944.

On November 15, 1947, he and Betty Lee Morrison were married. They became the happy parents of two sons, Ricky Ralph, born on April 26, 1950 and Dennis Lee, born on January 16, 1955.

For the past several years he has been connected with the quarry industry in the vicinity of Earlham.

Ralph died on May 28, 1957, after a few weeks of illness. He is survived by his wife, Betty and their two children, his parents, one sister, Julia Marie Carson of Lovilia, Iowa, and two brothers, who are Alfred of Des Moines, and Harry of Blue Rapids, Kansas. There are also nine nieces and seven nephews, and a great number of other relatives and friends.

Note: Burial in the Earlham Cemetery.
