Death of Howard Baby

St. Charles, February 15 Special - Kenneth Carrol, the 3 months old baby of Mr. and Mrs. Esmond Howard passed quietly to rest on Monday, February 8th at their home west of town. The little one had been afflicted from birth and about three weeks ago the parents took it to Iowa City for treatment but after an examination the physicians told them nothing could be done, so they returned home and did all that loving hands could do until death claimed it.

The funeral was in charge of Rev. Randells Tuesday afternoon at the home and the little one was laid to rest in the St. Charles cemetery.
