Death of William Fett

William Fett, for many years a resident of Penn township, died at his home, Saturday, March 19th after a short illness with pneumonia. He was 58 years of age. A year following his birth, his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Fett moved from Holmes county, Ohio, to Penn township and this place has since been his home.

His marriage to Miss Emma Snyder took place on February 13, 1900 and they are the parents of five children, Eldora, Esther, Mary, Francis and Lawrence, who with the mother survive him.

In addition he leaves three brothers, Henry, Louis and Eli and two sisters, Mrs. Ed Scar and Mrs. Oscar Vogel. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon, March 21, in the Zion Evangelical Lutheran church in Dexter, and burial was made in the Penn Center cemetery.
