Funeral Rites to Be Held This Friday at Richards Funeral Home
Loren Armstrong, a life-long resident of Madison county, died at his home in Scott township early Wednesday morning, May 3 after an illness of about a year. He was 57 years of age.
He is survived by his wife; two daughters, Marjorie Armstrong of Des Moines and Mrs. Kenneth Clark of Winterset; two grandchildren; three brothers, J. L. Armstrong of Omaha, Neb., Asa Armstrong of Winterset and John Armstrong of Winterset; and three sisters, Mrs. Clyde Morgan and Laura Armstrong of Peru, and Mrs. Harley Ogburn of Texas.
Funeral services will be held this Friday afternoon from the Richards Funeral home in Winterset. Burial will be made in the Winterset cemetery.
