Victoria Klingensmith Dies

Victoria Klingensmith, a lifetime resident of Madison county, died suddenly at her home four miles northwest of Lorimor Tuesday, July 25th, at the age of 65 years. She had been in normal health. Funeral services were held at the home Friday afternoon at 1:30
o'clock and were conducted by the Rev. Myrtle Wolfe. Burial was in the Hamblin cemetery near Macksburg.

Victoria Klingensmith

Victoria Klingensmith, daughter of Samuel and Mary Klingensmith, was born in Madison County, Iowa, February 14, 1868 and passed away at her home, July 26, 1933, at the age of 65 years 6 months and 14 days.

She attended the rural schools in Madison county. Two sisters and one brother preceded her in death, Martha, who died in infancy and Mrs. Lizzie Edwards and William. She will be greatly missed by her relatives and many friends.

The following sisters and brothers survive her; Mrs. Melissa Bonham, Mrs. Sarah Smith, Geo. Klingensmith-all of Loriimor, E. L. Klingensmith of Des Moines, also six nieces and two nephews, also a host of friends.

The pall bearers chosen by her are as follows: Frank and Elmer Hartsook, Glen and Lloyd Aken, Carl Vert and Earl Smith.

The funeral was held at her home, conducted by Rev. Mrs. Wolfe of Lorimor. Interment was made in the Fellowship cemetery.
