MRS. WALDO LORIMOR BURIED AT AFTON

Funeral services were held Jan. 2 from the Newman Funeral chapel in Oskaloosa for Mrs. Waldo Lorimor, who died Dec. 29 at a hospital in that city. She was 82 years of age.

Mrs. Lorimor was born Oct. 17, 1879 in Union county, the daughter of Sam and Katherine Groesbeck. She was a charter member of the Lorimor Christian church. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Service Star Legion, Mayflower Descendants of Iowa, the Oskaloosa Women's club and the First Christian church of Oskaloosa.

She is survived by her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Katherine Cruzen of Oskaloosa and Mrs. Grace Kokesch of Batavia, Ill.; a son, Keith Lorimor of Hedrick.

Burial was made in the Afton cemetery.
