ORION A. DARNALL Dies in Des Moines

Orion A. Darnall, a native of Winterset, died at his home in Des Moines Jan. 26, 1944. He had suffered a stroke a few days prior to his death.

Mr. Darnall spent his early life in Winterset, graduating from the school here. Most of his life was spent in the railway mail service until his retirement a few years ago.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Rebecca Robinson Darnall; a daughter, Mrs. Eleanor Wallace of Evanston, Ill.; one grandson; and his sister, Mrs. Pearl Newerf of Winterset.
