Services for Dale B. Silverthorn, 70, of Norwalk, who died Saturday of Alzheimers disease at Regency Care Center here, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Norwalk Methodist Church. Burial will be in Moon Cemetery in Macksburg.
Born in Madison County, Mr. Silverthorn lived most of his life in Norwalk. He was a retired carpenter for Acoustical Specialties, a member of Carpenters Union Local 106 and a member of Norwalk Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Frances, three daughters, Donna Tucker of Cedar Falls, Dianna Cooper and Donella Maher, both of Norwalk, a foster daughter, Diane Anthony at home, two brothers, Dean of Thayer, Mo., and Dwight of Mesa, Ariz.; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Services for Dale B. Silverthorn, 70, Norwalk, who died July 14 of Alzheimers disease at Regency Care Center in Norwalk, were held Tuesday July 17 at the Norwalk Methodist Church. Burial was at the Moon Cemetery in Macksburg.
