Laura Scott, Winterset

Graveside services for Laura Scott, 82, Winterset resident, who died Sept. 10, were held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 15 with the Rev. Charles Updike officiating.

She was born in Buchanan County June 20, 1900. She moved here from Knoxville four years ago and was currently residing at the Care Center North. She spent most of her life as a housekeeper.

There were no survivors. Burial was at the Winterset Cemetery.
