IDA F. SACKETT DIES AT 86 YEARS

Ida F. Sackett, former Winterset resident, died Sunday, March 21 at a hospital in Des Moines. She was 86 years of age.

Miss Sackett's active life had been spent as a missionary in Africa. She was born in Winterset, and this was her home until she moved to Des Moines about 30 years ago.

She was a member of the First Federated church of Des Moines.

Funeral services were held Tuesday from the Westover Funeral home in Des Moines, with burial in the Winterset cemetery.
