FUNERAL SERVICES FRIDAY FOR CARRIE PICKRELL

Funeral services will be held for Miss Carrie Pickrell this Friday at the Friends church at 2:00 p.m. Miss Pickrell who was the daughter of Isaiah and Elizabeth Pickrell died recently in California.

The ashes of Miss Carrie Pickrell, a former resident of the Earlham community, were sent here for burial in the Earlham cemetery. Miss Pickrell passed away several weeks ago at Seattle, Washington. She was the daughter of Isaiah and Jennie Pickrell. Arthur W. Hadley had charge of the graveside service held Friday, August 17. Relatives present for the service were a sister, Mrs. Anna Howard, and her daughter, Mrs. Janet Patterson, of Clemmons, Iowa, and a niece Miss Elizabeth Minhiner of Oskaloosa, Iowa.
