After a prolonged illness, Terry D. Skellenger, 16-year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Skellenger of Greenfield passed away Tuesday morning, August 31, 1976, at the Adair County Memorial Hospital.
He had been ill for tweny months. Except for his illness he would have been a junior in High School this year.
Besides his parents, Fred and Kay (Guiberson) Skellenger, he is survived by a brother Kevin at home; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lester Skellenger of Greenfield, maternal grandmother, Mrs. Mildred Guiberson of Winterset, and a great-grandfather, Floyd Skellenger of Greenfield.
Funeral services were held at two o'clock Friday, Sept. 3, at the United Methodist Church in Greenfield with Rev. Richard Hohl conducting the last rites.
