Funeral services for Mildred Evelyn Sinn, 79, were held Mon., April 29 at Kale Funeral Home, Truro, with the Rev. Tapiwa Mucherera officiating. She died April 25, 1991, at Iowa Methodist Medical center, Des Moines.
The daughter of Albert and Betty (Olson) Polson, she was born March 14, 1912 in Wausa, Neb. and attended school there. She married Frank Roy Sinn February 18, 1936 in Omaha, Neb. She was a housewife and attended the Lutheran Church in Nebraska.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers, and two sisters.
Survivors include a daughter, Ruth Ann Koval of West Des Moines; two sons, Ronald Sinn and wife, Carol, of Bondurant and Darwin Sinn and wife, Millie, of Arvada, Colo.; a step-daugher, Betty Jean Wells and husband, Britton, of Osceola; six sisters, Ann Ostren of Omaha, Neb., Arlene Francis and Marge Toreson, both of Chico, Calif., Inez Moline and elsie Holmquist, both of Wausa, Neb., and Florence McCormick of Sioux City; five grandchildren; and three step-grandchildren.
Burial was in Hartman Cemetery, Madison County.
