MRS. MARY RINARD OF VAN METER DIES

Funeral services were held May 12 from the First United Methodist church of Van Meter for Mrs. Mary M. Rinard of that community, who died May 8 at the age of 52 years.

Mrs. Rinard was a life-long resident of Madison and Dallas counties, with the exception of five years.

Surviving are her husband, Russell Rinard; two daughters, Judi and Terri at home; two sons, Jim Rinard, who is stationed at Ft. Sill, Okla., with the U. S. army, and Larry Rinard, who is working in Vietnam; two grandchildren; her mother, Mrs. Gertrude Allen and three sisters, Mrs.Francine Adams and Mrs. Floy Torvid, all of California and Mrs. Mae Baker of Orient; and four brothers, Roy Allen of Lakewood, Calif., Jack Allen of Dallas, Tex., Myron Allen of Winterset and Herbert Allen of Ft. Dodge.

The Rev. C. G. Sparks conducted the funeral services. Burial was made in Fairview cemetery.
