July 28, 19658-YEAR OLD GIRL DIES AT IOWA CITY
Shan Marie Ridout, 8-year-old daughter of Mrs. Ronald Hickman of Des Moines, died this Monday at a hospital in Iowa City.
The child was born in Des Moines March 9, 1957, a daughter of Harold and Norma Carrington Ridout.
She is survived by her father, Harold Ridout of Los Angeles, Calif.; her mother, now Mrs. Hickman of Des Moines; a brother, Kevin Ridout, aged 11; a sister, Linda Ridout, aged 15; and the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Ridout of Winterset and Mr. and Mrs. George Carrington of Des Moines.
Funeral services will be held this Thursday at 10 a.m. from the Collins Funeral home with Rev. William Bowler officiating. Burial will be in the Winterset cemetery.
