25-YEAR-OLD FARM YOUTH DIED SUNDAY

Funeral services for 25-year-old Ernest Jackson Johnson of Webster township were held Tuesday morning, Nov. 27, from Richards Funeral home in Winterset.

Young Johnson died Sunday at Still hospital in Des Moines, following a brief illness.

He was born at Colfax, Ia., on April 1, 1931, and his early life was spent in and around Des Moines. In 1947, he moved with his parents to a farm in the Oak Grove community of Webster township.

He was a member of the Winterset Foursquare church.

Surviving are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Johnson; two brothers, Richard and Max; two step-sisters, Mrs. Harold Little of Winterset and Mrs. D. C. Ruckman of Hatfield, and a step-brother, Marion D. Overholser of Norwalk, Ia.

Officiating at the services Tuesday morning were Rev. LeRoy Bussinger and Rev. Charles Bellus. Burial was at Vandalia, Ia.
