Thomas Michael Price, the infant son of Michael and Lizabeth (Mooney) Price of Winterset, was born and died Aug. 6, 2003, at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines.
A private graveside service was held Friday Aug. 8, at Winterset Cemetery with Father Chris Hartshorn celebrating.
Survivors include his parents, Michael and Liz; three brothers, Matthew, Danny and Andrew Cahalan, all of Winterset; and grandparents, Joe and Sylvia Keeling of Cedar Rapids and Tom and Pam Price of Lincoln, Neb.
Memorial contributions may be directed to St. Joseph Catholic Church in Winterset.
Arrangements were handled by Ochiltree Funeral Service & Aftercare in Winterset.
