Services for Marvin Dale Pressly, 53, Kansas City, Mo., who died at his home Sept. 2, were held Wednesday, Sept. 5 at the Kale Funeral Home, Truro, with the Rev. George V. Neal officiating. Burial was at the Fields Cemetery in Truro.
Born at Osceola Nov. 30, 1930, he was the son of Virgil and Nora Fitzgerald Pressly. He attended the Truro schools and on Nov. 14, 1980 was married to Doloris Simmons at Miami, Okla. He was a warehouseman at Beck Tire Service in Kansas City.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Roberta Short of Kansas City; his parents of Truro; and a granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
