On Friday J. M. Lee’s baby was laid to rest, followed by J. W. Clement’s baby. The little Lee baby was nearly eight months old, and had been a sufferer nearly all of its life. Much as its parents and friends loved it, they that to live was to suffer, and death could be but a blessed relief. Everything possible was done for its comfort and relief, but all knew that the end that came, could only be a question of a short time. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. S. F. Bunting.
