On Friday J. M. Lee’s baby was laid to rest, followed by J. W. Clement’s baby. The little Clement baby was two months old. It had been sick but a few days, in fact the first warning of dangerous illness was death. The funerals services were held at the Baptist church by Rev. Geo Houghton. The bereaved families have the profound sympathy of the community.

DIED.—The infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Clement, aged three months. The child was taken sick with cholera infantum only a short time previous to its death. The disease was of such malignant form medical skill, with nature’s assistance, was unavailing. The baby gradually became weaker and passed away on the morning of August 8, 1895. The funeral was held on the following day, at 2 p.m., at the Baptist church, conducted by Rev. G. Houghton, pastor of the church.
