THOMAS GUIBERSON DIES

Thomas Irvin Guiberson of Winterset died at the Winterset hospital March 20th at the age of 59 years. Death was the result of a paralytic stroke suffered two weeks ago.

Mr. Guiberson was a life-long resident of Madison county. He was born in Union Township on September 9th, 1874, the son of William and America Guiberson, early immigrants from Ohio and Kentucky.

As a young man Mr. Guiberson engaged in farming and stock buying, moving to Winterset later. On June 12th, 1908 he married Miss Ida Ray Jones. They were the parents of one son, Joseph Irvin.

The deceased is survived by his wife and son, a sister, Mrs. Neva Lucas of Winterset, and a brother, Fred Guiberson of Hamilton, Missouri.

Funeral services were held at 2:30 Wednesday afternoon from the Ramsey-Richards funeral home under the direction of Rev. W. C. Porter. Burial was made in Winterset cemetery.
