Death At 60 Of F. S. Pinckney

Frank S. Pinckney, 60, of rural Macksburg died at his home Monday, July 26, 1976. He was born July 27, 1915 the son of George and Grace Simmons Pinckney.

The marriage of Mr. Pinckney and Hazel Elizabeth Evans took place at Corning, Iowa on July 22, 1935.

Surviving are Mrs. Pinckney and four daughters, Mrs. Sally Jenkins, Indianola; Mrs. Ellen Jane Hall, Tucson, Arizona; Mrs. Nancy Sink, Des Moines, and Mrs. Joyce Carpenter, Winterset.

Also surviving are 12 grandchildren and three step-grandchildren, two sisters, Mrs. Fern Cox, Macksburg and Mrs. Myrtle Mosby, Creston and a brother, Ralph Pinckney, Iowa Falls.

Funeral services for Frank Pinckney were conducted Saturday, July 31, 14 1:30 p.m. from the First Baptist Church of Lorimor, Rev. Phill Hall of First Baptist Church in Winterset officiating. Burial was made at the Moon Cemetery.
