BERT L. ROBINSON DIED HERE SUNDAY

Life-Long Resident Here Was 85 Years of Age at Death

Bert L. Robinson, well known Jackson township resident, died Sunday, May 13, at Madison county Memorial hospital in Winterset. He was 85 years of age, and had been a patient at the hospital since April 14.

Mr. Robinson was a life-long resident of Madison county. He was born here Oct. 6, 1870. He was married Jan. 23, 1895, at Winterset, to Mary Havlovitz, who survives him. They were parents of nine children, one daughter, Edith, preceding her father in death.

In addition to his wife, he leaves eight children; Mrs. Fay V. Emerson, and V. H., Gale, Marvin, Ralph, Raymond, Glen and Dean Robinson. He also leaves nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held this Wednesday from the Richards Funeral home, conducted by the Rev. Earl Streyfeller. Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.
