MRS. ALICE J. BELL DIES AT ST. MARYS

Mrs. Alice J. Bell, formerly of Cumming, died as a result of stroke Tuesday, March 13, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. L. T. Lippold, in St. Marys.

Born at Cumming, Mrs. Bell had made her home with Mrs. Lippold the last three years. She was 77 years of age, and was ill three days.

Surviving are two sons, John Bell of Cumming and Raymond Bell of St. Louis; two daughters, Mrs. Irene Guise of Des Moines and Mrs. Dippold; six grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Anna Rush of Des Moines.

Funeral services were held from St. John's Catholic church in Des Moines, with burial in St. Patrick's cemetery in Lee township.
