Dorothy Cameron, 89, of Greenfield died of a heart ailment Tuesday at Greenfield Manor. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Steen Funeral Home in Greenfield, with burial at Greenfield Cemetery.

Mrs. Cameron was born in Madison County and had lived in the Winterset area as a youth. She had lived in Greenfield most of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of church of Christ in Winterset. She enjoyed reading, baking and gardening.

She is survived by two daughters, Joy Eden of Anita and Kay Marckmann of Fontanelle; a brother, Wallace McLarnand of Creston; a sister, Juanita Linn of Greenfield; six grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward.

Friends may call from noon to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Dorothy Cameron Memorial fund.
