LENA MAE GROVES DIED LAST WEEK

Lena Mae Groves, a life-long resident of Madison county, died last Wednesday, March 14, at the age of 75 years.

Miss Groves was a daughter of Joseph and Alice Groves. She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Foster of Winterset and Mrs. Alice Kelley of Des Moines; and a brother, Frank Groves of Lynwood, Calif.

Funeral services were held Friday from Anderson's home for funerals, conducted by the Rev. Warren Hile, pastor of the Winterset Christian church. Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.
