MRS. LOUISA ORR OF WINTERSET DIES

Mrs. Louisa M. Orr of Winterset died last Wednesday, April 21, at a nursing home here. She was 80 years of age.

Mrs. Orr was the widow of Robert Orr, formerly a well known Winterset livestock buyer. She was born at Walker on Sept. 5, 1884, a daughter of F. H. and Rosa James Greene. She and Mr. Orr were married at Peru on May 3, 1907. They made their home at Winterset for many years, then moved to South St. Paul, Minn., where they lived until they returned to Winterset in 1950.

Her husband died in 1960 and their only child, a daughter, Louise, also preceded the mother in death.

Nearest surviving relatives are a grandson, Bob Smith; two brothers, Everett Greene of Redlands, Calif., and Charles Greene of Tampa, Fla.; and a sister, Mrs. Rose Norton of Manistique, Mich.

Funeral services were held Saturday from the Collins Funeral home in Winterset, conducted by the Rev. John C. Porath, pastor of the First Methodist church of Winterset. Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.
