DEATH OF MARCUS FREESTONE

Marcus Wilson Freestone, former resident of Winterset passed away Sunday afternoon at his home in Des Moines.

Funeral services were held in Des Moines Tuesday afternoon at two o'clock and burial was in the Winterset cemetery.

Mr. Freestone came to Winterset with his parents, Gideon and Clarice Freestone from Indiana when a small child. He made his home in Winterset until ten years ago when he moved to Des Moines. He has been living at 110 Freemont street, Des Moines.

Mr. Freestone was close to ninety years of age at the time of his death.
