Bonnie Northcutt, Newton

Bonnie Ann Northcutt, 60, of Newton died of emphysema Jan. 31, 2004.

Funeral services were held Thurs., Feb. 5, at Wallace Family Funeral Home in Newton. Burial was at St. Charles Cemetery.

Bonnie Northcutt was born Dec. 7, 1943 to William Pete and Ella Fern (Cole) Armstrong of St. Charles. She graduated from school in Portland, Ore.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her stepfather, Creede Gibson; one grandson, Hunter Pierce; a brother, Harley Armstrong; and two sisters, Dorothy McClure and Fern Lymon.

She is survived by one son, Jeff Osborn of Cherokee; three daughters, Kristi Britton of Montezuma, Rhonda Kubli of New Sharon and Misty Pierce of Baxter; two brothers, Bob Armstrong of Portland, Ore., and Wayne Armstrong of Green Forest, Ark.; four sisters, Hattie O'Brien of Kansas City, Kan., Beulah "Jean" Veasman of Indianola, Shirley Addy of Marshalltown and Janet Strable of Wick; and nine grandchildren.
