Eunice Nicholson, St. Charles

Funeral services for Eunice Nicholson, 85, were held August 20 at Kale Funeral Home in Truro with the Rev. Ed Poston officiating. Mrs. Nicholson died August 18, 1993 at Madison County Memorial Hospital. Burial was at St. Charles Cemetery.

She was born in Gando, N.D., December 22, 1907 to Samuel and Minnie (Winslow) Kirkman. She married Sherman Nicholson April 11, 1933 at Trenton, Mo. She was a telephone operator at St. Charles for many years and was a member of the St. Marys Garden Club.

She was preceded in death by her husband, an infant daughter, one brother and one sister.

Surviving relatives are one brother, Cecil Kirkman of Mena, Ark., and a sister, Cora O'Neal of Onawa.
