Brad Stephenson, 23, of Winterset, died June 24, 1995 of injuries received in a motorcycle accident near Pammel State Park in Winterset. Funeral services were June 27 at the Peru United Methodist Church in Peru. The Rev. Terri Elder officiated the services and burial was at the Peru Cemetery.

He was born in Winterset on Dec. 19, 1971 to Tony Lee and Susan Rae (Snelson) Stephenson. He was a construction worker employed with C & L Construction of Winterset. He was a lifetime resident of Madison County and a graduate of Winterset High School. He was a member of the Iron Dukes Car Club.

Surviving relatives include his parents; one daughter, Cassaundra Stephenson of Lorimor; two sisters, Brandy Decker and husband Matt of Peru, and Brina Stephenson of Peru; grandparents, Glenn and Betty Stephenson of Winterset, Gene and Sharlyn Snelson of Warsaw, Mo., and Dee Evans of Winterset.
